Proficiency in QuickBooks, Gusto, Xero, or similar payroll platforms. Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

Proven experience in administrative roles within the construction industry, with at least 2 years of experience in administration and construction.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles, preferably working with U.S.-based clients.
