Sergio Velarde
As a serial entrepreneur and industrial engineer, with a Master degree in human resources, I am dedicated to exploring the intricacies of how things work across various projects. With nine ventures, including founding WFH LATAM, I’ve navigated the highs and lows of entrepreneurship, developing resilience and a keen curiosity.
My background enables me to optimize processes and systems, constantly seeking more efficient methods. I approach each project with a mindset focused on asking "Why?" and "Who?" to uncover the principles behind success.
My ultimate goal is to serve others through my work, generate jobs in the latin american community with the best opportunities and ensure that my innovations and solutions positively impact lives.

As a founder and COO with a passion for AI and technology, I am committed to exploring the intricacies of how things work across various ventures. With five projects under my belt, including the establishment of WFH LATAM, I’ve navigated the challenges of entrepreneurship, honing my resilience and curiosity along the way.
My expertise allows me to optimize processes and systems, always in pursuit of more efficient and innovative solutions. I approach each project with a critical mindset, asking "How?" to uncover the underlying principles that drive success.
